Speeding Driver Arrested For DUI, License Suspension invalidated2438-XAU Client was stopped on I-4 for speeding. Upon contact with the officer, the client was suspected of DUI and participated in field sobriety exercises. Later the client refused the breath test and faced a one year license suspension. The Law Firm of Finebloom & Haenel was able to get the suspension invalidated by successfully arguing that the paperwork submitted in the case formed an improper basis for the license suspension.
